The Beginning of my legacy

Hello my fellow eagles,
My name is Dana Peterson and I am 18 years old. I’m from Harlem, New York. I was born November 30, 1990. Yes Sagittarius stand allll the way up! And I would have to say that I am a very family oriented individual.
I have been dating my boyfriend for the past three years and he’s really all I think and talk about. So if you ever meet me that’s just something you may want to know. He actually is the reason why I ever thought to attend NCCU. He gave me information on the school and let me know that it was a pretty good school with many values and great structure but, I had to see for myself.
I attended the eagle orientation in June and absolutely fell in love with the whole environment. I just felt as though NCCU was a great place for me to begin my life as a responsible individual and further my education. I learned some history while here during orientation and singled my acceptances down to one; and that was “dear old N.C.C”.
I have to say that this experience is one of the greatest and I don’t want to be anywhere else. The first week was a little rocky, finding my way around and meeting new friends but it’s all been worth it. I’ll continue to focus and continue to grow and continue to be an Eagle.
